Via Sacramento:

Take US 50 east toward Placerville and Lake Tahoe. At the Bradshaw Rd exit, drive south to Jackson Highway/ Highway 16. Turn east (left) on Highway 16 through Rancho Murietta and continue to the junctions with Highway 49. Turn south (right) on Highway 49 to Sutter Creek about 5 miles. Turn left onto old 49 at Sutter Creek/Amador City sign.
Travel time about one hour.

Via Stockton:

From Interstate 5, take the Cross-town Freeway, Highway 4 east to Highway 99 and then north toward Sacramento. From Highway 99 (about 1 mile), take Waterloo Road, Highway 88 towards Jackson, east to the junction of Highway 49. Turn north (left) on Highway 49 to Sutter Creek about ½ mile, turn right onto Main Street (Downtown Sutter Creek old Highway 49).
Travel time about one hour.

The Foxes Inn is located on the north end of Sutter Creek's Main Street on the west side of the street at 77 Main Street. Parking is in the rear of the Inn on Hayden Alley.
