form a barn built in 1857 in Ohio, 50 inch flat
panel TV, VCR, DVD with a large variety of cable
channels, cd player, breakfast table, and comfy
cushy seating for two. A large bathroom with
shower, antique mirrors, refrigerator , and

THE
FOXES INN POLICIES
All rooms accommodate 2 people, have queen beds plus one
king bed and are air conditioned. Extra person $50 adult;
$25 per child.
For the comfort & safety of all our guest, The Inn
and gardens of The Foxes Inn are designated non-smoking.
A fee equal to one nights room rate will be charged for
smoke damage to a room.
A safe is available for your valuables.
Gift Certificate are available.

Because we are a small and intimate Inn, our guest rooms,
parlors and gardens are for the exclusive enjoyment of
registered guests of the Foxes Inn.

Check-in
is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Please advise us in
advance if you expect to arrive after 6:00pm. Check-out
time is 11:00 am.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: We will be happy to refund your deposit,
less a $10.00 administration fee per room, per night,
if we are notified ten or more days in advance of any
changes of the reservation. Shorter notice will result
in the room rate being charged if not re-rented. These
terms are vital to the successful management of our
small inn.
